Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about finding your way back to yourself.
If you're a young adult living with chronic illness or pain, you know how easy it is to lose trust in your body—and yourself. Through nervous system education, embodied practices, and community, I'm here to help you move beyond survival and reconnect with the life you imagined.
You are not failing at healing.
Living with chronic illness and pain doesn't just affect your body.
It changes the way you move through the world.
Maybe you've become hyperaware of every symptom.
Maybe you're grieving the life you thought you'd have.
Maybe you feel disconnected from your body or like no one really understands what this has been like.
If that's you, you're in the right place.
My philosophy
I don't believe your body is broken.
I believe it's intelligent.
Your nervous system has spent so much time trying to protect you that survival may have become your default. Together, we'll learn to understand those protective responses with compassion instead of self-blame, so you can build self-trust, resilience, and connection.

You Are Not Failing at Healing
A free workshop for young adults living with chronic illness and pain who are tired of feeling like they're doing everything "right" and still wondering why healing feels so hard.
Inside you'll learn:
Why your responses make sense.
How chronic illness can reshape your relationship with yourself.
A more compassionate way of understanding your nervous system.
The first steps toward rebuilding self-trust.
Healing happens in community.
One of the hardest parts of chronic illness is feeling like you're carrying it alone.
That's why everything I create is rooted in connection.
Whether it's through my monthly Hootenannies, online education, or small group programs, my hope is that you'll find people who remind you that you don't have to navigate this alone.

Hi, I’m Abby
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, and somatic practitioner, but more importantly, I'm someone who's lived through years of chronic illness myself.
Everything I teach is rooted in both clinical experience and lived experience.
My hope is simple:
To help people living with chronic illness and pain remember that they are not broken and that healing can include joy, curiosity, play, and connection again.
