Join me for a 90-minute somatic workshop exploring how trauma and chronic stress live in our bodies and nervous systems.
You'll learn to recognize your body's automatic stress responses and discover practical techniques to help yourself feel safer and more grounded in everyday life. This experiential class includes gentle movement exercises like bilateral stimulation, partner coregulation, and self-containment practices designed to help you find safeness within your body.
No prior experience necessary—Wear comfortable clothes and bring a comfort item as we create a welcoming space for all bodies to heal and reconnect.

Centered in community care for women & femme folks, this event provides a safe space to heal our nervous systems, rest, and be taken care of. Join me, Kirstin Hansen (Community Care Expert & Spiritual Leader) and Bayley Brooks (RYT & Reiki Practitioner) for an afternoon of massage, reiki, guided movement, and space to rest & connect in a safe environment.
